Payment Terms of Use

Myclublink provides a payment service for users of Myclublink.com We use an external payment provider and do not process any payments or hold any payment information ourselves. When you make payments through Myclublink, you agree to these Payments Terms.

  1. Taking Payments on Myclublink

    1. In order to take a payment using Myclublink you must be a business or practice and be a club and/or form of organisation or some kind of professional who provides a service to clients. (Examples of professionals could include anyone who provides an interest specific service and has a client base. Myclublink reserves the right to investigate any application in order to authenticate individual businesses)

    2. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to apply for a payment account on Myclublink.

    3. All businesses wishing to use the payment system will have to fill in an application form. This form includes information on your business and contact details. All forms will be stored by ourselves in a secure location and may be used if we need to discuss any issues of your payment account with you.

    4. In no circumstance will any of your business details be handed over to any third parties at any time. We respect your privacy and keep this at the forefront of our activities when handling personal details.

    5. If, however, we find that there is fraudulent activity on your account or there is the suspicion of fraudulent activity we may use your business details in relation to any prosecution, in which case the proper authorities may ask to see the documents.

    6. You may be presented with additional terms related to a purchase before you confirm the invoice (such as shipping terms for tangible goods if applicable). Those additional terms will also govern that transaction.

    7. It is your responsibility to fulfil your obligation to provide a good or service sold on Myclublink if an individual user pays for a good or service using Myclublink payment service.



  1. Paying For Invoices

    1. In order to pay for a good or service you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

    2. Please pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes and fees which will increase the total cost of the invoice.

    3. Please pay close attention to the invoice you receive and make sure what you are paying for is from the correct source (club or professional) and that it is the good or service you wish to purchase.

    4. Don't commit to a transaction unless you are ready to pay, because all sales are final.

    5. If you pay for something that becomes unavailable before it can be provided to you, you must contact you club or professional trainer providing the good or service to receive a refund of your purchase price.

    6. When you pay for a good or service using Myclublink we will provide you with an invoice receipt confirming the amount paid. The payee will also receive a receipt ensuring both parties are happy the transaction has been fulfilled.

    7. You may be presented with additional terms related to a purchase before you confirm the transaction (such as shipping terms for tangible goods). Those additional terms will also govern that transaction.

    8. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD ON OR THROUGH MYCLUBLINK.COM.



  1. Payment Sources

We want to make a payment convenient which is why we use a reliable payment provider (PayPal). PayPal allows you to make payments using a number of different payment sources, like credit cards and debit cards.

    1. In order to take payments you will have to obtain a PayPal account. PayPal is a trusted payment provider with the highest security features so you can be sure your private details are protected.

    2. Myclublink does not have any involvement in the actual transaction of a payment and therefore we recommend that all users view PayPal’s website and make sure they understand the way PayPal processes transactions.

    3. When you obtain a PayPal account you will adhere to PayPal’s terms and conditions as laid out in their application form. These terms, along with Myclublink’s terms, will govern any transactions carried out over the Myclublink website.

    4. If you pay by debit card and your payment results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.



  1. Actions We May Take To Protect Myclublink

As part of our effort to keep Myclublink safe, we may take certain actions to reduce liability for users and us.

    1. We may make any inquiries that we consider necessary, either directly or through third parties, concerning your identity.

    2. We may cancel any payment account if we believe the account violates these Payments Terms.

    3. We may contact your payment source issuer, law enforcement, or impacted third parties (including other users) and share details of any payments you are associated with if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of law.



  1. Disputes and Reversals

    1. If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.

    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against Myclublink.com LLP related to payments.

    3. If you enter into a transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased we have no liability for such goods or services.

    4. We may intervene in disputes between users concerning payments but have no obligation to do so.

    5. Your only remedy for a technical failure or interruption of service is to request that your transaction be completed at a later time.



  1. Notices and Amendments to these Payments Terms

    1. We may provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending them to an email address that you previously provided to us. Website and email notices shall be considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent.

    2. The Payment Terms in place at the time you confirm a transaction will govern that transaction.

    3. We may change these Payment Terms, in whole or in part at any time and without litigation.



  1. Other

    1. All of the commitments you make in the Myclublink Terms of Use apply to payments through Myclublink. In the event of any conflict between these Payments Terms and the Myclublink Terms of Use, the Payments Terms shall prevail.

    2. If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited to make payments on Myclublink.

    3. "Us," "we," "our" and "Myclublink" mean the same as they do in the general Terms of Use when a user signs up to use Myclublink.
